Fingal County Council has published a proposed traffic management scheme for Turvey Avenue, Donabate. The main features of this are seven speed ramps, a pedestrian cross near Beverton with an entrance to Newbridge Demesne and a .chicane. between Turvey Wood and Turvey Drive.

Representations in relation to this proposed scheme may be made in writing not later than 5.00pm on Friday 28th March 2008 to:

Fingal County Council has also confirmed that representations may be made in writing by post or hand delivered to the County Hall, Main Street, Swords to arrive not later than 4.30pm on Friday 28th March 2008 or by e-mail to roads@fingalcoco.ie identifying the scheme (Turvey Avenue, Donabate Proposed Traffic Calming) to arrive by the same deadline.
We urge all interested residents to examine these proposals
and make send your comments to Fingal County Council,
as there is no point in commenting after the event.
