Variation No. 36

During the summer, Fingal County Council adopted a further variation of the 1999 Development Plan, affecting the Donabate-Portrane Peninsula. This rezoned about 100 acres between the N1, Hearse Road and Turvey Avenue for industrial development.

While DPC welcomes the possible employment opportunities, we have expressed our concern at the lack of any meaningful effort to engage the community in the process.
